After the transfer form is duly executed and stamped, it is to be presented to the company for registration. Normally, the stamping date will be the registration date. At the same time, the old share protection issued in the name of the transferor will have to be submitted to the company for cancellation.5. The directors of the company may approve the transfer of shares by way of directors resolutions in writing or at a directors meeting.6. New share corroboration will be issued in the name of the transferee and the Register of Members of the company will be updated accordingly.7. The company will have to notify the ACRA (the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority) of the change in shareholder. We will get a line to ACRA on the companys behalf.
